Additional commentary by

(member of the House Petitions & Redress
Committee)
The petitioner has asked me to take this petition down from the website altogether, on the grounds that its presence on this website is "injurious." He has expressed the belief that I am slandering him merely by reposting a document which he himself placed in the public domain.
I have refused to take this petition off my web site, even after being rather explicitly threatened with a law suit. I have however redacted the bulk of the petition— taking out any information which identifies the petitioner, his children or his ex-spouse. Some medical, professional and financial information is also missing. The PDF file is based on the original petition which anyone can obtain from the New Hampshire House Clerk's office.
