We had a few months of hope when President Obama got the Affordable Care Act passed, but things are still looking bleak for those of us who don't have adequate health coverage. Our health insurers continue to have a stranglehold on our nation's economy and our political system. Michael Moore's film Sicko is going on five years old: it was released in the summer of 2007. Things have not improved much since.Here is the theatrical trailer:
