For another take on the seat belt bill HB 383, here is "Mr Gold Standard" Denis Goddard on the seat belt bill. He was appearing in early 2010 on the LCL Report. He was disappointed that I supported what he always refers to as "that fascistic seat belt bill." But, I did at least help kill a motorcycle helmet bill.
