Not much to say about this: this is some old video of Paris Hilton with the other Paris, Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis. At the time, Paris Latsis was her fiancee. It was taken on May 5, 2005, outside the Spider Club in Hollywood. It's a pretty simple video: the couple walks across a parking lot while a cheerful mob pursues them. Much has happened since then, much has changed, but Paris continues to be hot. Paris Hilton is hot, I mean: Paris Latsis has faded into oblivion.
